Scarlett - it was in the facebook group. Bill C was encouraging max voting on the propositions for their annual meeting and as incentive was creating a list of people who did participate in the anticipation that they could receive a DT. Perhaps at discount or at no cost, he wasn't clear.

Probably offered too many of them, they cancelled the program.
