RE:Estimated Core Revenue 2nd Quarter:In an earlier post, I had remarked:
"Guidance for Q2 will probably be the most important number to look for in the upcoming news release. I am hoping for core revenue guidance to reflect the historic growth rate of 30% (or perhaps higher) per annum on the core revenue...."
If they achieve the midpooint guidance of $32.45 million, it would mean a quarterly increase of $2.45 million. On an annual basis, that will amount to a 31% growth rate. This alone should expand the valuation multiples.
The poorer than expected margin in Q1 was predicted due to the serious pandemic surge across the US for the first six weeks of this year. With Q1 now behind us, it looks like clearer skies ahead.
