The stock drop is attributed to negativity of potential stock dilution. Commodities dropped hard on the day of the announcement. The idea of Horizon is to remove Sandstorm Gold from operating costs to run all the mines that Horizon will have at their disposal. Sandstorm Gold would just collect royalties.
