RE:Where's the beefNews about the delay in FY21 financials wasn't released until late on May 2nd. I mean you must have known you weren't going to meet the deadline. Why not share it earlier. And the news isn't posted on VSBLTY's website (https://vsblty.net/news/)

But the fluffy news from today, is on the website. I mean its an agreement between VSBLTY and one of your own JV/sub... Very convenient that you would release it the day after missing the FY21 filing deadline. Also what is Golden Record? There is no information about this product on VSBLTY website. How will this double SaaS revenue?

How bad are the financials? How shady is this company?
