No members with 80 reads seem to want to comment on DM debt of 10,151 on its affect on intrinsic value, and free cash flow. and cash on hand.
The market will determine value of DM.
End of story.
You really have no clue what you are talking about. I believe I have had a similar discussion with you in the past. You throw words around like intrinsic value, as if you understand what you are saying, but in reality are clueless.
There is no universal standard in determining intrinsic value of a company, it's mostly subjective and therefore very difficult to calculate. How one company or person determines intrinsic value can be completely different from another company or person. Some companies may put more emphasis in their model in how well the company is governed or its business model, while another may put more emphasis on earnings potential and revenue. Please explain to us how you are choosing to calculate the intrinsic value of DM? I don't suspect we'll get an answer to this question.
DM is govenerned well, the management has not violated any laws or regulations and their revenue is $49 million with a positive EPS of $0.028. So in both categories DM is doing quite well.
I will assume what you are trying to argue is the company's liquidity risk. The ability of the company to pay off debts and any accrued liabilities. The Company's financial liabilities are comprised of its accounts payable and accrued liabilities, debt and contingent consideration. According to their financial statements, as of the 31st of December, DM has a total of $4.9 million in liquidity risk. The long-term debt, which I originally thought was paid off, is $30 000 and the accounts payable and accrued liabilities all in total $4.88 million. So financially the company has low liquidity risk and is in great shape. Again, the numbers continue to prove all is well with DM.
The reason nobody has commented is because they probably have no clue what you are trying to present or argue.
