As to R/S, never like them, but they don't affect real value of enterprise, and if done on the back of good news, are ok, or have been in my experience. For eg, a r/s nr at same time as nr on takeover and nr on new financing ( at decent price )...oh yes, and application to higher profile U.S. market, would be fine.
