If the company chooses a specific amount, I am not sure what your recourse would be. Are you planning on picketing CJ's head office? I think the previous poster is saying he is ok with .05 but I am sure he would like .50.

If CJ management does not pay out the dividend rate he demands there will be trouble for sure. 

He may write  some more angry posts on the CJ Stockhouse message board.  He may even send head office an angry Email or two.

They will be shaking in their boots when he is done with them. 

CJ management had better perform or else. 

They dont know who they are messing with.
