US dollars - Royalities
It looks a little different looking at ERF as they are now reporting in USA dollars.
I am excited that all the oil they get WTI prices, which is really good, and this is great. This is a big advantage to Canadian Production.
The Marcellous it is all Non-Op they and unhedged, and it looks as it see it right now gas is trading at about $8.80 U.S. a mmcf or that is around 66 dollars canadian a boe, for Gas?
170 MMcf of production, = 28333 boe day
$8,00 boe/U.S. = 92 days * 60 boe/can = 156 million a quarter. /Canadian Big Bucks
I think ERF is pretty cheap.
We will see how the market reacts tommorow, it think their plan is to exit canada entirely.
