Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

$RHC increases cash flow with IHC deal

I think the deal to acquire IHC is great for $RHC.

The deal brings $RHC:
- significant cash flow from multiple fields in the short term
- allows $RHC to initiate production
- accelerates growth both short and long term

Some benefits of making Saskatchewan a leader in the helium market include 15 new helium purification and liquefaction facilities, 500 new permanent jobs and annual helium exports worth over $500M. $RHC's positioning in Saskatchewan is great and this deal improves the company's cash flow significantly - excited to see some more updates.
