This is Pure Speculation on my behalf.

I am anticipating a few minor tweaks, which is why it lead to the recent Financing to complete the final stages of the QRR. There was enough cash in the bank, was there not?

HOWEVER

In true Bernard fashion I would like to believe in my theory that this delayed NR will results in better outcomes, new patents, improved process, new end-uses, etc. from this recent financing.

We shall see very soon I hope.
