RE:RE:Transparency

RE:RE:TransparencyThanks for responding. You got good points.

Do you know how many bottling start ups typically supply the information you're mentioning? Isn't Peak distributing or copacking Tinley's in Canada? Did they release any numbers? Did Peak say how much they did for Tinley's? I think they just really started so maybe numbers aren't out.

It seems that it's only been this year that any product has been produced, Tinley's or co-packed. Last year early maybe late 2020 is when Beckett's first came out. Then by middle of 2021 it was sold out where I had bought it, Amazon and direct from drinkbecketts.

Becketts isn't going to carry Tinley's, maybe in time but initially I don't see it. It's just another soft drink.

Infused THC and CBD drinks are what's going to become money.

California changed the rules on CBD drinks I believe in 2018 or 2019. They also changed rules on how THC drinks could be bottled. So with covid and Cali changing the rules in the middle of the game there is plenty of room for excuses.

This year 2022 is the year Tinley's finally is getting going. The Canadian posters say they like Tinley's taste better than other drinks sold up north, hey. Oops no Canada jokes hey. Okay my bad.

I looked at Hexo and saw they are offering 40 million in stock. It would be disheartening to get a reverse split than have the company offer more stock. I think they had diluted before. I wonder how long Moulson/Coors will hang in there. Aren't they Hexo's money? Pretty good debt also that will need paid.  I think I saw Tilray helped Hexo out on carrying a few hundred million in debt, I read. Not sure why they'd do that except for possible MA in the future.

I am learning, Learned the hard way. That's why in December 2020 I went to LongBeach. I go out to Cali almost once a month. At first I was a bit apprehensive at what I saw, At first I would just drive by and get out walk around. Take pictures to compare he next time I went out. Every time I went out there was more and more going on, more equipment for bottling/brewing. Tanks outside, refrigeration units. I wanted to make sure there was a factory and that it wasn't an empty building. I did that as I had "bet" on on FITX in 2013. It was FITX or TWEED. Obviously I decided wrong. I couldn't see TWEED in that big Hersheys factory. I thought the overhead would kill them. Then they woulddd report they sold 2000 or 3000 kilos only in a quarter. I wasn't impressed with the debt they had. I still can't believe they are allowed to burn through money like drunken sailors. Okay quit laughing that I invested in FITX. Everyone learns some time and somehow.

I sampled the BJ BrewHouse infused beer High Hop HIGH-PA Tinley's bottled. It was good. Tasty beer with a mellow THC buzz. When I go back to Cali I am going to track it down and buy a case or two to make sure it was as good as I thought.

The whole ifused drink industry is new. Wasn't it just last year Canada allowed infused drinks? I remember edibles were authorized about a year or two after pot was okayed to be sold. I just mean there isn't a long history of sales by anyone. I would like to see sales data also. I just don't think there is any yet. What there is would be so small it would peobably be used against Tinley's. Time will tell.

Someone is going to grab a big share of the infused drink business. Tinley's being finally for sale in Canada and California I believe is the only company in both markets. Tinleys isn't just selling their drinks but the co-packing drinks for others. That seems to be a good idea to keep busy. If they can make agreements to co-pack drinks sold back east and have those plants back east co-pack Tinley's for sale back east like they are doing in Canada, it would expand Tinley's recognition. It would help sales of Tinley's. Co packing helps now but as the industry grows and more people copack the only thing Tinleys controls is Tinleys and Becketts. I'd think copacking will become less profitable as there becomes more copacking competition.

I look at Tinley's as though it really just started in January 2022. Everything prior was minutia to get going. Covid was a wild card no one saw. I am surprised covid didn't kill Tinley's by setting the company back two years.
