RE:RE:RE:RE:FF Metals & Mining Virtual Investor WebinarI'm a little puzzled that this company isn't getting recognition. My only guesses are that a) they are not scheduled to decide on proceeding with construction of Springpole until mid-2024 and there could be widespread disbelief that it will actually get built b) most/all of their royalties are explorers/early developers if I recall, and c) they have a boatload of shares outstanding and maybe some are thinking that more dilution is coming. In my view they have been doing a lot of really good things in terms of working with the community at Springpole and their management team has experience getting permits etc. plus at least from their presentation the environmental impact is small yet the economic impact to the community will be materially positive (jobs, infrastructure etc.). So it may just take awhile for widespread disbelief to subside? Until then, I suspect the SP will stay in the 20s, bobbing around in sympathy with changes in the price of gold. It's funny because there's really no reason for the SP to go down if today's gold price drops given that FF isn't producing gold right now, but it still does and in my view that's to our advantage. I'll be continuing to accumulate on opportunities such as the recent down trend. Gold is having a bit of a rough time at the moment and it should be bottoming soon at which point I'll be buying more FF shares. No reason not to because as far as I can tell, nothing about FF has changed, it's just that some more investors have become impatient. Anything can certainly happen but for as long as I believe that a) gold is in a bull market for the next few years and b) that Spring Pole will get built, I plan to accumulate shares while they are still cheap.
