One thing that is surely eroding to nothing is your credibility along with your thumbs up lap dogs.

The biggest issue is their debt load especially when you
have riing interest rates. I can't see why the share price going 
50+ after the R/S with what I suggest. If they can get some
buying from the banks like you say maybe you leave it alone
for 6 months and see where the share price is and go to market then.
Right now the debt is worth 3 bucks and change a share alone with the stock 
trading say 1.3. Maybe I'm looking at it in th wrong way but
see it accretive imo a couple of years down the road. 
I feel that debt load has to come down as quickly as possible
even with some initial pain.
