perhaps...just perhaps...Rio is worried about someone else stepping on their feet into casino turf and that's the point of this.
And like I've always stated....perhaps this delay tactic is also beneficial to WRN because I think we need market cap to increase before an offer ....others think the market cap increases after....but I think it's required prior.
so what do we need for market cap to increase to $4 usd so a premium gets it to $6 usd????

- final actions with Rio completed
- stable metals pricing
- road construction progress
- port issues addressed
- permitting started
im not entirely sure...but something along the above would likely be good catalysts!
