RE:Another $10 000 000 at $.25 with full warrant? Just curious as to what self respecting fund or investor is going to put money in to an obviously desperately cash starved enterprise knowing that management went to the trough for 7+ million options PSU's RSU's etc given to two members of management alone at 32 cents despite a 60% reduction in share price over the previous 12 months? I can't wait to see the book.
I don't think there is any way that previous funds that bought into the 60 and 40 cent financing that have NEVER, even for one single day, been in the money are going to accept a half warrant or a 15% below market financing.
Aside from the lack of trust and BS here, the biotech sector is in the gutter overall. I imagine that would require a 20-30% sweetener on financing price with a full or double warrant. Even then, I doubt existing investors would come back for another beating.
let's go boys, we are in May. Financing season for spectral begins. They have a roughly 10 million a year burn rate. Last June they had 12 million. Only about 4 million left in the till I believe. They're not going to wait for the last second to pull the rip cord. Especially with the market that way it is. Last two financings have halved the share price. If it coincides with a general crash, will we see single digits? Is it possible they'll close their doors? Or will the financing cause the price to DOUBLE?
the suspense is killing me.

Is it going to be a 30 cent warrant for 3 years?
How does it work here? Do the investors pay a higher price than the management in-the-money options? The investors clearly need to make sure they put a floor in for them.
What happens if the market crashes next week?
