RE:RE:RE:We are clearly in an oil bull marketI'm beginning to think that we won't see a major breakout of this sidways movement until possibly late in the 3rd quarter or 4th quarter.. barring an increase in the divi. which I'm still calling for Q3 at the latest but do believe they could bump it up to 6 cents quarterly for Q2 with no problem. 
It seems that the big money investors still aren't believing in a sustainable rally in oil.. and use any excuse to run for the hills.. if crude averages $100/wti this year they'll realize 2023 could even be stronger.. and the balance sheets of most, if not all these companies will be pristine, with decent divi's. 
I can patiently wait for the markets to figure that out.. until then.. pay me my divi.. ;-)
