CORRECTION

i think what they mean buy this is regading of fractional share

example if an investor has 100102 shares,

then after the revers split he will have 100,102 / 25 = 4004.08

they are talking about this .08 of a share

as they can not give an investore .08 share (ftacin of a share)

they will add all the fractional shares

buy them at market price or higher,

then redistribute the money on investores that had fractiional shares according to %
each investore had
