RE:RE:After R/S. Dilution

RE:RE:After R/S. Dilution 859...you should do more research before making unfounded statements about the family! You are hurting your own credibitity. For instance, they have never increased their participation in BRP with NCIB. They just got cash! Like Bain and others who elected to join in. For the benefits of all SH. And I have no problem with their approach with BBD as long as I can get my share. I agre that the immediate additional benefit will be to clean the plate of all the rats, this real plague tks to our incapable CDN governments. GLTA. [2quote=BBDB859]Ya you're right Stock. That's what is going to happen. That's why the 25 to 1 split. To leave plenty of room to sell shares for the new SP. We'll get dilluted to pay off the debt is going to be their excuse. I hope they use the cash for the LTD though. Because sometimes these crooks use the cash to buy shares (NCIB) in the open market to increase their (Family) share of the stock, with the new Billion$$ from the share offering.

stockitnow wrote: It is becoming more apparent with 25 to 1 R/S that Bombardier might issue more shares to raise money to pay debt down. Company is running lean but debt is a bigger drain. Dilution of consolidation will not impact day to day operations but bring in cash to address debt. Maye institutions will jump on the new shares offered as it will be still above the threshold they use to invest and Bombardier will have less debt.
