Sham

I seem to have read that they will round off to the nearest full share depending on the math after the reverse split .  They mentioned renewing NCIB so it is not new

Shamhorish wrote: I MAY BE WRONG BUT

I think bbd is not looking to buy back share

they are taking about buying back in case of fractional share that result from RS

i think what they mean buy this is regading of fractional share

example if an investor has 100102 shares,

then after the revers split he will have 100,102 / 25 = 4004.08

they are talking about this .08  of a share

so bbd will buy all the fractional shares (0.1, ---0.9) and pay back to investores according the size of fraction they owned
