If SNC shareholders are losing money because of the REM, then we should launch a class action lawsuit against the CDPQ for a flagrant case of conflict of interest, and claim : 1) reimbursement to SNC of all the losses associated to the REM because of the COI regardless of the contract, and 2) a compensation to all shareholders for the prejdudice / damages.
