It would probably take a s/p between $0.75 and $1.00 to entice shareholders to exercise their $0.50 warrants. Participants in the last 3 private placements haven't fared too well. At some point, the money will stop flowing in. Time to stop "negotiating" and start signing contracts...djstone.
