With their R&D lab at yonsei university, they are producing much more consistent samples. Every sample they send out is customized to the end user. The consistency of their product now is a big deal, as third party evaluators and end users can replicate the results more evenly. These results are expected soon, and have the possibility of coming with an agreement.
Spencer had high confidence in securing the phase 1 financing. Lots of news to come.
He talked about their competition, and knows there are no clear leaders in the silicon anode space, at this point. Competitors have higher costs to produce. With any product launch, it’s all about your cost to produce. This space is a “blue ocean” and NBM is on the right path.
