The Funds investment objectives are to provide holders of Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative, preferential, quarterly cash distributions and to return the original issue price of 10.00 per Preferred share to shareholders at maturity; and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distributions, targeted to be at least 0.10 per Class A share, and the opportunity for growth in Net Asset Value per Class A share. The Fund invests, on an approximately equally weighted basis, in a portfolio consisting primarily of equity securities of Canadian dividend growth companies. In addition, the Fund may hold up to 20% of the total assets of the portfolio in global dividend growth companies for diversification and improved return potential, at the Managers discretion.

I should have read into your post a bit more.

15k is a worthwhile short, as long as you aren't paying divvies, which is normal when shorting this type of stock.

I just picked up 15k myself, on thursday, but not to short.

At this stage of my investing, shorting is for younger folks than I, with more time to recoup the losses if it happens and happen it does.

I'm thinking we're close now and I've never been great at picking tops or bottoms, so will play this for the income over the summer doldrums.

Did really well on BK, close to a 60% gain, not including the distributions. Bought back in at $14

Hopefully it all comes together
