Over priced land? What are you basing that statement on? I assume you must have a pretty expert opinino to think you know more about real estate and land values than the TRIP team, including Brad Lamb. And they just released an update, this one on their patent application, this morning. Not sure if you are trying to sound stupid or if that is just a natural result of you expressing your thoughts.
