Pender Fund....prop up price at $10

when ever the price goes below $10 with retail investors Pender Fund Management step in and buy at $10....they are the second largest holder of stock at about 12% and in the last month or so they have bought about 70000 shares or about another $700000

so either they now something about tomorrows results and management discussion or they are just proping up the price for a financing that will be below $10......like $9.25 or so....
