RE:Elon Musk Tweeted His Best Investing AdviceDon't get better credentials than these two gents and quotes cited are tried and true practices that sum things up spot on again in this case, this industry as well. But only better as the product is not new, been around for thousands of years and pretty well tried and true as well.
With .com era the products and systems were brand new for the most part the products and the applications of were all brand new, cutting edge with nothing but the unforeseen to deal with for the most part, in the growth we see today...the cannabis industry is not new just going mainstream and being refined and adjusted to the commercial world and processes of the day.
More importantly the industry is competing with existing competition that is a well established 'black market' and the laws that exist and apply to that product and marketplace for the most part is being manipulated and controlled in many different ways as it meets the necessary criteria required for the acceptance in the legit marketplace...this product is now being transformed and marketed not only for entertainment but it's medicinal bennefit but is still remains having to compete with the BM on many levels. This is an almost impossible task when the main competition in the industry are illegal enterprises with no rules/ regulations and most importantly have the full support and access from the President of the US and to operate with no rules/ regs.....in fact they can openly add fentanyl et al illegal, deadly products at will with no inspection, QC or taxation of any kind.
The required changes to this picture are going to be made soon and the industry will thrive and improve in all areas, as the adults are brought aboard again and the society killing practices of the the day are corrected. Canopy is ready, willing and able to play a large part in the transition. JMHO...Opt

Musk, the richest person on Earth according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, offered some investing advice in a tweet Sunday:
“Since I’ve been asked a lot: Buy stock in several companies that make products & services that you believe in. Only sell if you think their products and services are trending worse. Don’t panic when the market does.”
The tweet echoes the principles of value investing made famous by Buffett, currently the sixth richest person in the world.
With value investing, you only buy the stocks of companies that have a business model that you believe in and understand. Ideally, these companies are undervalued and have the potential to provide greater earnings over a long period of time.
