It operates on a contiguous and an acreage within the heart of the Peace River Oilsands region.

Pennydredful, take your meds and change your depends. KInder Morgan was not going to complete Trans Mountain because they were sick and tired of Canadian politics and courts. No one was going to step up so it would have been a dead project without the canadian govt taking over. So yes Trudeau saved it and the environmentalists lost. End of story.
