Yes the markets are down 10 -15 % AFTER a years of growth . EV is down after years of losses( May 9 2021 is what at .14) The drill results , the scope of the mine life etc are all submitted to an independent company to prepare a PEA. EV is 100 % responsible for any delays. End of subject .
