RE:RE:Share buybackI'm not sure if the same applies to the TSXV as the TSX but I believe they can only purchase a maximum of 10% or around 35 million at this time. Also I think they can only purchase up to 25% of the 7 day average volume per day. Again, that is TSX not TSXV.

So if management and board know action is coming that will raise the SP over 0,25$, it is a great opportunity to gnenrate free cash-flow within the next year. Because I also believe the warrant has to be exercised within 2 years of the initial transaction... which should be in the next year. DM knows how much liquidity they have for the next year, they know or are confident to know about the coming AI sales and results. With all the information they have, they could buyback as much shares as possible under 0,25$ and use them for the warrant in the year... it would make more cash-flow for DM, less dilution for shareholders, and same value but better potential for the warrant owner. Everybody wins.
If revenues are there, they could buy more than 60M shares and use them for the incentive program and acquisitions....
