That means license revenue in Q4 was $94,796 - $163,986 = -$69,190
A SaaS company that lost SaaS revenue in Q4 2021!
In the last few interviews Jay kept mentioning how Q4 revs had more than doubled from Q3 revs. Reality was very different (even if you were able to recognize 400k of cooler revenue). And there is no way Jay didn't know you couldn't recognize that rev until coolers get delivered.
Jay doesn't want to provide forecast this year, but conservatively says they will double rev Q over Q in 2022.. That means if you take Q4 21 revs at 650k:
Q1 22: 650k * 2 = $1.3 M
Q2 22: $1.3 * 2 = $2.6 M
Q3 22: $2.6 * 2 = $5.2 M
Q4 22: $5.2 * 4 = $10.4 M
Add this up, Jay is conservatively selling $19.5 Mill in revs for FY 22. This for a company that couldn't get their annual financials out on time.
And what happened to ABI not letting Jay disclose cadence. He disclosed it today and it was less than 2,000 stores in 2021 and will hardly get to 7k stores by the end of 2022. He kept alluding to a lot more stores than that in 2021. Does ABI not care about their competitors not finding out anymore?
And Winkle participation.. Excuse is distributions won't be made until later this year when Winkle becomes profitable. That makes sense. But SaaS revenues (license fees) are usually separate from distributions of profit (dividend payments). How does he get away with all of this BS? And why do shareholders not question even the basic information?
