this is oldie news...  my suspect here is solway and thier lak fof transparency..   what is thee is kinda murky and a list of bad acts...  borderline mob actions..

i do not hav a lotta resources to dig into these trades..  but anytime i see several days of large blocks of storks being sold after hours into a dealers auction..   begin to think something is up or cooking..

solway - appears 2B a money laundry facility...   them swiss report cash moving thru the SWIFT 2 US regulators..  but U never hear of Stocks tht are moving thru Swiss Listed Investment Firms..  Art in ZUrich is another fully sanctioned laundry operations; owners and dealers can move art into a wharehouse that the swiss never see the inside of..  its a duty free zone soo to speak..

solway has several properties producing ore..  but their annual sales/revenue are less than 400M$ annually...  --> not a lotta jingle here - split against 7 or 8 properties/globally..

solway simply appears to B an exempt Trojan, that the swiss will not spend time; much less than a dime  short of nazi gold... !   acquiring storks and then selling them on global exchanges where these mines also hav multiple jusristictions or banking venues..  makes for easy and not greasy money - deposites...

lets say...  NCI allocates 30M to solway....  SW has a second shell in shanghi that also has a N america Operations....  merk ?...  they recieve a bakport and SW sell's thru the instinet up in canada w the storks being pushed out by SSbank on the CBOT or ITG VUze Ca (marketmaker/settlements)..  the sales land in shanghi or clear here and merk collects the cash who settles it out w a second sale thru kong..  cash eventually winds up in a bank in indonesia...  the volumes are not enuff for regulators to latch onto if thre is more than one unit involved..

tem swiss -  well never really read in the news where they raid investment firms in zurich; simply because the trades and settlements did not occur on zurichs turff...

solway has no skin in this game here in nevada..  yes they do own some mines in remote locations..  but soo do a lot of mineing companies where graft and kicks is the order of the day...

what SW is dong in NV as a NCI JV  ??  U tell me !  a few trades on the TMX and a Auctions Posting on a trade station is not going to connect the dots 2 the crumbs of info..
