RE:RE:RE:RE:HC application: different takeso why should it be floating around .50? it's floating right where the market beleives it shoud be floating...theres no participation awards here, they prove they have something they will be rewarded, right now more think they dont versus think that they do...really simple and the reason they are trending closer to 52 week low than 52 week high
