Wondering if Suncor re-directed and invested some of the billions of $'s of profit to Elliott or some of their subsidiaries, would they qualify to become part of their BOD and be entitled to demand management and business model change?  Looking at the SP increase of the past year says it all. SU will make changes as required to optimize SH value without having a loaded gun pointed at their head. Canadian O &G companies are moving in the right direction dispite the absolute hindrance of the Feds and the banks.
