Only rhenium is strategic.  US produces a lot of rhenium and will continue to do so along with copper, gold, silver and moly.

Concentrate to "Asia".  China is part of "Asia" and operates largest copper smelters.  How would any of the metals be returned to US?

No demonstrated economics (reserves).  No interest.  ~21 years and ~$1 billion spent.  For what?

New mine plan (economic) proposing only underground mining.  New usace 404 permit application.  New EIS.  Need real miner.

Trump killed the project.  Trump is bye-bye. Live in the now.
