Adding another 8.1 million shares to the shares of 210.2 million is not such a big dilution if they are going forward to be a 'growth' company.  Just because they already have proven cash flow and better outlooks for such in the future should not stop this company to prepare for acquisitions in this beaten down sector.
Mr. Shahbazi said it in this quarter, the company should not be affected by the deflation, world conflicts, etc.  Stock market in general and of course this sector in particular has been affected but really there is no reason, other than take advantage of this, to continue with this growth.
