We don't know what they're up to......time will tell . If they are in a opportunistic position in a bad market to pickup a good asset at a 50% discount.........would that be a bad thing ? I think not. Like stocks.......the time to buy something is when nobody wants it.......a recession will likely provide that opportunity and it will be cheap.
