Am I missing something. Company is bought 50K shares at 4.85 & selling about 8M at 3.70? 

why to have NCIB while diluting the shares? 

If company thinks its share are worth $3.70 ( net will b even less after discount & commission) why market will value more than $3.50 tomorrow or day after?
