I have given up trying to understand this financing. It seems there is always an additional condition that requires a few million dollars to allow the drawdown to start. I mean really, this has to be some kind of joke. Great interest rate and terms. You just have to put up 25 million to get 70 and it's going to take about 6 years. And even then they have not received a penny yet. Oh wait that just masterful planning by Black.... got it
