The issue for me is that CRE is not addressing how they plan to finance the project so no one is buying. Why would you buy now as you can buy with 20% discount from the market price (based on last PP)? Just look at RCK, they boldly put that no dilution and will be taking $500M loanes. It's a fairytale but everyone is falling for it as the only way in is to buy on the market and drive the price up. We saw that we CRE in November 2021 before management put the stick in the wheels
