Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. If a sale is in the cards, my guess is they want to keep operating while they redo the feasibility study @$4 copper and complete the drilling program so they can get the best deal. Any more SNAFUs in the underground mine will prevent that because another PP will he a disaster in this environment (war, famine, plague).  Even in that case, the property and permits are still a billion dollar asset.  1-1.25 seem reasonable per share? 

It did seem from the late 2021 interviews from Buffington and the two directors that their goal was to become a midcap on their own, and that may still be the case if there is real cash flow positivity this Q. Last Q's setbacks and current market realities may have changed that. we'll see.
