AGA: No Question Asked!!Well, I was not officially registered as a shareholder at the meeting so was not able to ask questions. I trusted that some more important shareholders would do so but no! We have to admit that the meeting was kind of setup to complicate the Q&A. The pace was pretty fast and the shareholder registration process was quite complex. The meeting last about 20 minutes. Really formal.
All motions passed. We are now "Signal Gold". Kevin used the name for the first time in his speech. I tried to take notes during his speech but it was tough writing and listening on the same time. I put down what I think I got but I welcome other participants to correct me if I'm wrong and fill the blanks.
Point-Rousse Operations:
- Argyle: We are back on track. Expecting a nice finish for a good year. Thanks to the crew that worked days and nights to fix the issues.
- Corks Screw: 2500 meters driiling ending end of June (or expecting results end of June?)
- Tilt Cove: 2500 meters drilling ending end of June (or expecting to receive results and IP geophysics end of June?)
Goldboro
- Last drilling required to convert 60k from Inferred to M+I (end of June)
- IP Geophysics will start mid-June west of the current pits toward Dolliver Mountain
- Community is pretty positive and suportive of the project
- First Nations: pretty positive too
- A meeting was done with government and regulators: all positive too
- Environment Assessement in track to be submitted at the end of the quarter.
So all in all a lot is supposed to be happening "end-of-June".
Anyone can fill my blanks?
