I agree they will have to dump their uranium on the spot market or make a deal with China.   As western nations ban Rusky Uranium.   But, I do see a new buyer coming out on the spot market.   One that we have not seen since 2011.   They are hungry as they are getting ready to restart reactors.   We could see this go either way.   When they get the go ahead again to participate in these spot transactions we could see U spot move quite fast to $70.   These utilities in Japan won’t care what the price is they need to start restocking Yesterday.
Time will Tell but we should know in a few weeks.

We may see a China/Russia uranium coalition in the short term. I don't think China has enough internal capacity to process raw uranium into fuel.... the raw uranium they are beginning to stockpile from Kazakhstan at that warehouse on their border. But China always has long term plans to make itself selfsufficient in everything. I see the same for uranium processing. So this will no "flood the market" with cheap Russian uranium products. Remember. the Russians PROCESS lots of uranium but they don't mine it and as far as I know they have very little in the way of potential resources to be exploited.
