Obscure1.... Since I answered your request, I have a request... actually it's to help you, as I don't own any SHOP and don't plan to any time soon, but I assume you're still holding SHOP.  

Do yourself a favour.....  Figure out where on the Balance Sheet the line "Gain on sale of security" from the income sheet relates to.   

Figure out how much of a RISK you are into.

All I've done was try to help you.... but I get the impression you take offense.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
