Europe perhaps has the most stringent regulations regarding the use of pesticides/fungicides in the world....  BVT should be a shoe in..

The EU has the Reach Regulation .. EU Green Deal aapprars tied in with that and has a strategy they call, "farm to fork" 

They appear to be way ahead of many nations concerning pesticides/fungicides
