Year end balance sheet is a snap shot in time (year end) of the value of the assets of the company including the cash position. That's it. Period. Nothing in the ancillary notes can add or subtract from that stated cash position. All the notes can do is provide context of the numbers provided or disclose subsequent events that might be relevant. It does nto change the cash position as disclosed in the balance sheet.
Based on reading yoru posts about KUB, in my opinion, your either incompetent (can't read financial statement and understand them) or you are corrupt, trying to mislead investors or potential investors. In the last few posts deliberately you seem to be mudding the waters to cover your tracks when you were called out on the accuracy of your comments. Or maybe you are both.
