RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dustyshorter....I see SH removed my reply since I used the R word so I will respond politely.
Peter was being facetious laughing when responding to some random person's question on why not buy out HPQ - He started out by stating they have a great relationship with HPQ and later by laughing and saying why would he as he would need to fund the growth ..laughing more and saying buyout it later lol. That does NOT mean he intends to as that would take massive capital in which he stated it is limited and many other times he said he has more than enough on his plate w all the divisions under PYR's roof AND wants to maintain the good relationship w HPQ in which he believes will be very profitable and used terms such as 'intoxicating' several times.
Even IFwhat you wish to become true, it will benefit both PYR and HPQ shareholders BUT it is never unilateral - must be agreed upon re: price terms etc by majority. PYR only has option on the subs NSiR to convert 10% royalty to 50/50 stake in their JV's not QRR.
Long and strong PYR!!!

you can appolgize to me. Your a fool pumper.
developbc wrote: Peter did NOT say such things. I watched every single video/interview/NR in the last 7 years.
Long and strong HPQ!
pennymaker69 wrote: I guess you did'n't watch the video. The topic was even brought up at the HPQ AGM!!!!
And Peters answer was wishy washy.
Not a lie. just a fact. You don't deal in them.
developbc wrote: Stop making up lies. PETER never said such a thing ever. QRR first of all is solely owned by HPQ...only the subs NSiR is 50/50 JV. Bernard and PETER both said they would entertain a buyout offer if it made financial sense.
Long and strong HPQ!!
pennymaker69 wrote: 1) I am long. I have posted my trades and shown my shares. You haven't.
2) I have invested in all kinds including pharma and mining. (crsp-us and MTX as you know) and some others.
3) this is not getting bought out by anyone as they only own 50%. If someone wants to take it over they want 100% or 51%. Since PYR has the other 50%. The ONLY company that will take it over (and next to nothing) will be PYR.
Fyi Agrocomm vid Peter talked about taking over HPQ. He said why take it out now. He would rather let HPQ spend all their money on getting it developed.... THEN take it over.
Facts.
At these prices for HPQ I am now a bag holder and can be upset on how the CEO has run the company so far.
developbc wrote: Obviously you haven't invested in pharmaceuticals or mining exploration. It is not about production..it is about the upside and the value of what they can do.
Bernard stated they will lineup for potential buyout bc the big boys wants exclusivity...they will need to pony up big as there will be many suitors.
But then again pennyman always soft bashing hpq...highly doubt you are a patient long always posting FUD.
Long and strong HPQ!!
pennymaker69 wrote: No I do. Gen 3 starts up.. they tweek it for 1 year. No production.
it's just a long term hold. it's not golling to 5$ overnight. be real with your stocks.
And I been around forever....

Zaphod hasn't been around lately lol I would bet it's him the same goof
He left after I proved he knows nothing about stocks and just a B S poster.
HPQ has issues but it's a long term hold.
Fyi. bringing up issues can solve problems. I was upset with the 7 year timeline to get into production and.... HEY they moved that up! Complaining works.
MTX drilling this summer I can't wait. But like with HPQ I must.
pennylessmaker69 you are just as bad always bashing HPQ and trying to pump MTX and other stocks you own....get lost you not convincing those who understand HPQ tech and what they are about to do. Gen 3 start up can be any day now.
