Days, weeks, months, ever ?
Who knows.
Not a single insider has bought in the last three months and Jeff hasn't bought since last year.
That is far more telling then this NR.
Smoke and mirrors.

Curious when you say "groundbreaking in Alberta should be imminent."
At best I would expect for Jeff to show some pictures of Alberta fields, with oil rigs in the background, and state they have several high priority sites.
The sites are actually just land owned by Westlake. Definite priorities. I could have told you they'll build on their land.
Groundbreaking will be more then a year from now. Bare minimum.
You don't just say, "I like this spot. Let's build"  It does not work like that.
I wouldn't be surprised if they announce another JV agreement with another oil company. The solar panel systems offer carbon credits and is in all their best interest.
Keep in mind how many announcements are dead in the water i.e. micro generation for that town.

Drawings for Sage are due in the coming months, submission to the City, approval, followed by issuing tenders for infrastructure constructors, followed by building drawings, submission , approval, tender, etc.
You will be getting news for the next year.

Certainly doesn't answer Blizzzzy's question related to Jeff buying a million shares.
I do hope for shareholders it is actually something more relevent and is enough to make a difference.
