RE:youll get paid minimum .40 cents a share if you hold byI agree with your math. Plus the other $22,000,000 is payable per the companies holdback provisions
which have yet to be announced. The remainder of the funds will be retained by the company: $55,000,000 added to their other cash holdings of $14,000,000 already on hand. What they will do with $69,000,000 in cash is not clear. All in all we should all be happy.

Anyone see any holes in the above. My opinion only.
