an aggregate of 5,104,000 Units i.e. including 5,104,000 warrants were issued. The exercise price on the warrants is 30 cents.

From December 2021 through April of this year the share price has managed to maintain a price slightly above the 30 cent level so presumably people may have been motivated to exercise the warrants. No idea where or who keeps count.
