90% of proceeds should belong to Poda / 10% to patent ownersPoda has a deal with patent owners. It is a perpentual life license.
The deal was that the patent owners get a 10% royalty from Poda sales.
Therefore it reasons that if the sale price with MO is $ 100,500,000 USD then the proper ratio is:
(a) 90% to Poda: $ 90,100,000 USD
(b) 10% to Owners 10,400,000 USD
Poda shareholdersa are getting ripped off as the owners Ryan and partner are taking $45 million USD and, not $10 million USD which should be proper.
The payment to shareholders should be: 85 cents per share and not 40 cents per share
Next week as lawsuits begin - I expect that this will be a legal right that can be presented in the courts.
The deal was always structed with PODA on a 90% versus 10% basis, a sale would therefore have to respect these terms.
For now, Poda does not have 66% of the votes, so deal is in your hands. ASK for your proper share and defend your rights with lawyers if necessary. We are 27,000 shareholders.
My personal opinion.
